Bedroom Eyes – ‘Restless’

Midnight Werewolf Records have just released ‘Honeysuckle’, the second full length from Bedroom Eyes. The Boston four piece dish out swooning rockers with force, like the catchy ‘Gypsy’, ‘Plain Heir’ and ‘Restless’. Since releasing their 2012 debut, Bedroom Eyes have changed their line-up, ditched a recording session and played shows alongside No Joy, Cloakroom and Infinity Girl. The hard work sounds like it was worth it, this ten track collection is finely tuned! Full stream below.

Strange Mangers – ‘Return Eternal’

Been spinning, clicking Strange Mangers latest EP ‘Return Eternal‘ and wow, this is devastatingly pretty music! The Boston foursome hit you with well engineered waves of emotion, as in the sprawling ‘No Effort’ and the overture-esque title track. The biggest downside is, it’s over too soon.

‘Slow See’ is a heap of fun once it kicks in around the 40 second mark! It’s taken from the self-titled EP ‘Bummed’ (available now). The Boston shoegazers have just released it on tape, with a 7inch coming in late fall/early winter. There’s also a handful of Massachusetts shows planned in the coming months and an east coast tour. For fans of Lush, Chapterhouse, Drop Nineteens and Swirlies.
