Summer Flake – ‘Blue’

Summer Flake has been getting plenty of love from the intergoogle over the past few weeks, the solo artist (Stephanie Crase) is set to release her debut album ‘You Can Have It All’ on September 6 via Rice Is Nice. This follows an EP from last year, recorded at home in Adelaide. I suppose the most striking thing about ‘Blue’ is how sloppy honest it is! The sludgy guitar and understated vocal performance work well together. For more, read up on Noisey’s recent interview.
