Kigo – 'Guilt'

Kigo is the moniker of Brisbane-based recording artist D.P.Pearce who posted his debut ‘Guilt‘ online this week. Influenced by MBV, Wild Nothing and The Radio Dept., Kigo looks to deliver a full length before the year is out. A six track EP has already made its way online and so far its sounding impressive (not available on Bandcamp… yet).

Au.Ra – 'Sun'

Sydney’s Tom Crandles (Colours) and Tim Jenkins (Parades) have collaborated on a new recording project called Au.Ra. Their debut single ‘Sun’ is a watery dream popper that will have you sinking into the couch, drifting off at your desk or falling asleep on the train. The reversed guitar lines are a lovely touch! The guys are heading back into Studios 301 to continue tracking over the coming Christmas period. In the meantime, Au.Ra are offering ‘Sun’ as a free download here.
