The Baltimore-based noise rockers have been making music as Thrushes since 2005, releasing their full length debut ‘Sun Come Undone’ in 2007. Influenced by their formative years in the 90s indie scene, along with the sonic swirls of My Bloody Valentine and The Jesus & Mary Chain. Thrushes combine the noisy hallmarks of their influences with a sweet and innocent twist, courtesy of vocalist Anna Conner. At the same time they’ve got cross-over potential, ‘Trees’ could sit alongside The Pains Of Being Pure At Heart or even The Naked & Famous.
