Earlier this month Auckland shoegaze duo She’s So Rad (Jeremy Toy and Anji Sami) re-invented ’Rockin’ Back Inside My Heart‘ from the Twin Peaks soundtrack. Originally released in 1990 by Julee Cruise (lyrics by David Lynch), the tune is now saturated with droning, pulsing noise, contrasted with the odd slide guitar to give it a surreal Hawaiian edge! She’s So Rad are currently working on their second full length, ’Confetti‘ is the lead single released via From The Crate Records.
