So Erik Blood released his LP ‘Touch Screens‘ last month and I’m late to the party. Thanks to the wise recommendations of a friend (cheers Paul) I’ve now jumped on it like a panther on a peach! This is one of the most engaging listens I’ve had in some time. This is not a four minute seat grabber, this is an album of peaks, valleys and knock out punches. The genre boundaries come crashing down. The Seattle-based artist covers a cinematic scope. However, I’ve just chosen the balls-to-the-wall melodic rocker ’Constance and Casey’ to suck you in (download here).
