Seattle’s Joy Wants Eternity have released a quality album in ‘The Fog Is Rising‘ (download here or pick up the CD via Etsy). The post rock five piece have been experimenting with instrumental chaos since forming in 2003, initially with a 15 strong line-up! The new record follows their 2007 debut LP ‘You Who Pretend To Sleep’ which drew comparisons to Mono, Mogwai and Explosions In the Sky. Take a listen to the new record’s ambient post rock opener ’Our Backs Into The Wind’.
