‘We Were Drifting On A Sad Song’, the new album from Sleep Party People hits shelves (and hard drives) on April 9 (UK/Europe) and April 10 (US) (EU pre-order from Blood & Biscuits here). The Danish electronic outfit started out as a solo project of multi-instrumentalist Brian Batz in 2008. Sleep Party People sound a little post rock, a little dream pop, with some MBV thrown in. If that doesn’t make much sense just have a listen to the lead single ‘Chin’!
