Black Marble – 'Pretender' Sunday 22 January, 2012

Black Marble

Black Marble‘s ‘Pretender’ sounds like post punk colliding with synthesizers. Its dark, 80s aesthetic has been labelled as coldwave, synthwave and a number of other genres I’m yet to grasp. Fans of Joy Division, The Cure or Depeche Mode take note. Hardly Art have kicked off the year with Black Marble’s newly released five track EP ‘Weight Against the Door’. Download here.
