Wheat Fields – 'Heaven Is A Place Where Nothing Ever Happens' Sunday 10 June, 2012

Wheat Fields

This is my first listen to Wheat Fields, a four piece psych outfit from The Blue Mountains, Sydney. ’Heaven Is A Place Where Nothing Ever Happens‘ is a slice of wistful dream pop, perfect for Sunday listening. More than two years in the making, the release was influenced by Slowdive, LSD And The Search For God, Dead Mellotron, Jack White and The Brian Jonestown Massacre among others. Download their new three track single at Bandcamp and pay what you like – right here.
